Can I Ask You? Do you wish to have a strong and good physique?
I believe you must be thinking that I am kidding.......Well who in this world will deny it? We all in this world want to have a iron physique. We all in this world want to live long and healthy. Its all in our thoughts. The way we think is the way we get it. Many people think it to be tough and many think it to be an important part of life. Because if 1 hour of workout keeps you fit and live long then we should not compromise with anything. The main thing is to Live life healthy.

FOR A GOOD PHYSIQUE THE FIRST AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO KNOW YOUR PHYSICAL STRUCTURE FIRST

Well to begin with your physique studio...its very important to know your physical structure very well. You should be sure about what you want to achieve. You need to decide on few questions:-
  • Are you happy with the size of the physical structure you have?
  • Do you want to be a bodybuilder or are you doing workout to keep yourself fit and strong?
  • Are you too Fatty?
  • Are you too Skinny?
  • Do you know which workout is for which muscle?
  • How to begin?
These few points are very important for you to understand and their understanding gives you a clear view about what you will be ahead.
Its very important to realize your current form of physical structure before beginning body building. Muscularity is a thing which brings attraction to any body. But if we work on muscularity
without gaining mass..., then the muscles get too stiff and it gets too tough to regain the size again. Well for some of my friends it may seem bit peculiar, but to think on long run, without a good volume on your body, it will limit you to certain levels of bodybuilding. It depends on your current structure. Some structures are voluminous which require shape with maintained size, while some structures are too skinny , which needs size then shape. Well if someone has a skinny structure, then as a part of advantage is that a good muscularity accompanies with the growth of muscles. A heavy weight training always gives a good size to your body and a light heavy weight training with repeatation per set gives muscularity. Both muscularity and volume are important for a complete Bodybuilder. So to begin a bodybuilding career one should one formula :- " BUILD AND DESIGN "
